Located in in the heart of Honolulu Harbor, on the island of Oahu, we have been extensively involved with the marine electronics industry since 1986. Navtech is specifically devoted to the marine electronics industry, which comprises 100% of its total business. The company was originally founded as a field engineering services company but later became involved with the sales, service, and installation of marine electronic equipment. Navtech is a small business, and as such can provide immediate personal response to customer requests for service, custom installation work, equipment, parts and other special circumstances. Representing several manufacturers: Furuno, Raytheon, JRC, Trimble, Icom, Simrad, Sperry/Litton, Yokogawa, Magnavox, Leica, Tokimec, C.Plath, Anschutz, SEA, KVH, Transas, C-Map, Navionics, Northstar, Seatel and several others. We are very active in the military and civilian markets and have completed many contracts for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard. We are also active in the commercial fishing industry as well as the pleasure boat and recreational boater markets. Our service department is staffed with technicians who are multiskilled and have worked on many different types of equipment. The many capabilities of our personnel represent a very good value to our customers in that only one of our technicians need to be dispatched to resolve problems with many different types/brands of equipment. The fact that we do not specialize in only one manufacturer or type of equipment makes the use of our multiskilled personnel very cost effective. In addition to our service department, we have a very knowledgeable sales staff. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We will go the extra mile to respond to any of our customers’ needs. Even if we don’t carry a product, we will order it for you. We have many special order options available for non-inventory or hard-to-find items.
