The owners of Team Real Estate, Inc., Schuyler E. Lucky Cole and his wife, Marilyn, have owned, developed, and managed investment properties along the North Shore since 1968, including the Kawela Kai Nani Vacation Homes near the Turtle Bay Resort. Lucky retired from IBM in 1991 after a 29-year career as a large account team leader. Lucky formed Team Real Estate, Inc. in 1993 and is the CEO and Principal Broker. In addition to Kawela Kai Nani, Lucky and Marilyn formed COLENET LLC in 1999 to acquire and recycle (renovate) the former Wahiawa Cornet Store. The vintage 1960 variety store is now The Mango Marketplace, an eclectic indoor mall (sold 12/2005). The latest TEAM development project is the Makaha Marketplace, the former Cornet Village, located at Lahi Lahi Beach and the road to the Makaha Valley Resort Golf Courses. TEAM views real estate as an asset that needs to be acquired carefully, managed and developed professionally, and sold with a fair return on the investment.
