Patricia is our Principle Broker and founder of Island Properties. She has successfully completed the CIPS Courses Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate, Investing and Financial Analysis, The Americas and International Real Estate, and Europe and International Real Estate. She is a 40 plus year resident of Honolulu, Hawaii. She came to Hawaii as a teenager, received her bachelors degree from the University of Hawaii and later her masters after living in Sydney, Australia for 2 years. She has been active and full time in Real Estate for 34 years. Pat has traveled extensively in Asia and South East Asia many times and has clients (and references) from all over the world. Pat is also knowledgeable regarding building, remodeling, and CPR conversions. Her most ambitious project was a $12,000,000.00 development for four homes at Diamond Head.
