Tim Harris has been a full time Real Estate professional for over 25 years including over 20 years on Oahu. He attended Cal Sate University at Northridge for four years where he studied literature. He started flying airplanes when he was 16 and flew helicopters in the Army. He went to Africa in the seventies to pursue a flying job that placed him in wild, exciting and remote locations for long periods of time. Although this line of work was very interesting , it separated him from his wife to be, Lili, whom he met in Africa. He changed careers and began selling Real Estate in a place called Richards Bay on the Indian Ocean coast. Ultimately this was a very good decision because Tim discovered that he was truly happiest when working with and helping other people. With his wife Lili, Tim has lived in Hawaii Kai since 1980. Their daughter Angela teaches at HPU and their son Peter is a photographer in Honolulu. Today, in his spare time, Tim is a competitive skydiver with over 4,000 jumps and has participated in many world records. He gives the same intense conscientious attention to detail in successfully completing his clients transactions as he does packing his own parachute. His parachute has never failed to open, and his clients escrows have never failed to close. Another important result of this diligence is neither Tim nor his clients have ever been involved in any litigation. Over the years Tim has been recognized as a leader and top producer in Hawaii Real Estate. He has received many awards for his consistent production and client satisfaction.
