Calvary Chapel Central Oahu is one of over 1000 nondenominational chruches scattered throughout the U.S. and various countries of the world. There are presently 12 Calvary Chapel affiliates on the island of Oahu 11 others on Kauai, Maui, Molokai and the Big Island. Calvary Chapel Central Oahu was founded on July 15, 1990 by Pastor Rick Irons. The basic ministry style of Calvary Chapel is based on a balance of systematic Bible teaching, with worship involving traditional and contemporary forms of music. We are not formal or rigid, but neither are we careless or unstructured in our ministry. Rather, we believe our ministry is open and relevant to the spiritual needs of people today.
