The Joint Spouses’ Conference is an established non-profit organization chartered to enrich the lives of military spouses stationed in Hawaii. The annual conference provides a forum for spouses of active duty, reserve and retired military members of all services to uplift, motivate, educate and strengthen us in our challenging roles as spouses, parents, professionals, and community leaders through a variety of workshops and keynote speakers. Hawaiian culture and history, health and wellness, and entertaining tips are just a sample of the over 50 workshop topics offered each year. Whether you have been on the island for a while or are new to Hawaii, the conference offers you a unique opportunity to meet and network with over 300 spouses. Last year’s conference was held at beautiful MCBH Kaneohe Bay, located on the historic Mokapu Peninsula. Early Hawaiians visited this area to take advantage of the abundant natural resources found here - fish teeming in the bay, seabirds nesting on the cliffs, and sea turtles lolling on the sandy beaches.
