HTH Corporation was founded in 1975 to consolidate the diverse Hawaii-based corporations and business enterprises owned by H.T. Hayashi. Part of the Hawaiian hospitality tradition since 1964, the HTH hotel collection includes the 837-room Pacific Beach Hotel and the 360-room Pagoda Hotel. In addition to the two Hawaii hotels, HTH Corporation owns office buildings, apartments, and residential buildings throughout the island of Oahu. HTH Property Management manages all of the property assets for the corporation, which includes retail space within each of the hotels. HTH Advertising, Inc., the advertising agency for the corporation, was founded in 1980. The agency supports all of HTH Corporations business enterprises, including the hotels, apartments, office space, and residential buildings. HTH Corporation is a family-owned and operated business headed by H.T. Hayashi as chairman and Corine Watanabe as president & CEO.
