All Islands Timeshare Resales (AITR) opened its first office on Kauai in 1992 . In 1995 it expanded to Oahu and is located right in the heart of Waikiki on the corner of Royal Hawaiian Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue. Other AITR offices are located on Maui in Kihei, in Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island; and a second Kauai location in Lawai. Currently, AITR is the only independent timeshare resales agent in Waikiki authorized to sell Timeshare intervals at over 55 resort locations. Our staff of licensed sales professionals has a combined experience equaling 75 years of timeshare experience. AITR is licensed by the state of Hawaii as a real estate broker and timeshare resale agents and thus meets Hawaii state law that requires companies engaged in timeshare resales be registered and licensed by the state. We work closely with many owners associations and as such are their company of choice to which they refer their members. AITR is not an advertising or listing company. Our company mission is to help timeshare owners list and sell their intervals. We have a proven track record of sales having increased the number of transactions by a third each year. AITR earns its commissions only when escrow closes, our clients do not pay any upfront listing fees. All our transactions go through escrow and are deeded with Title Insurance, clear of any liens or back payments. Our clients receive the same benefits as those buyers who bought from the developer. The difference is that there is no high pressure sales presentation to attend and you pay the true cost of the interval, not inflated prices to cover the marketing costs of the developer.
