A branch office was established in the Waikoloa Highlands Center in June 1991, to serve the growing South Kohala market. Coast Properties Ltd. is a full service real estate company, meeting the needs of its clients in the areas of land, residential and condominium sales, business and commercial sales, leasing and property management. Some of the companys activities have included representing Americas largest retailer, Wal-Mart, in the acquisition of their new fee simple Kona store site; as well as being selected by Hawaiiana Mgt. Co. to run all rental site operations for an 85 apartment complex at The Greens in Waikoloa Village; and most recently, the hugely successful marketing of Towne Developments Keauhou View Estates in Kailua-Kona, a 157 home near-beach development in Keauhou-Kona, Hawaii.
