She also has experience in the mortgage business, was manager of administrative services for a large oil company and a fundraiser for public schools. She has received awards since 1998 as a multi-million dollar producer and is a member of the Coldwell Banker International Society for sales excellence. Stan Albrecht became a licensed realtor in 1990 after owning and operating an ocean sports business, with his wife, on the north shore of Maui. He has been the marketing and operational backbone of the Albrecht team bringing his extensive academic and creative background to the real estate business. His academic background includes a degree in environmental biology with graduate studies in osteopathic medicine, marine biology, architecture and film. He also uses his training in the arts and music to create a unique and effective marketing and sales approach of great value to their real estate clients. The Albrechts are also homeowners and real estate investors on Maui. Adventurous spirits, compassionate hearts and creative souls describe the Albrechts. Stan is an avid ocean sports enthusiast as a windsurfer, dive master, kayaker, underwater videographer and kiteboarder. Sandi is a willing and able participant and companion in their aquatic adventures. They have also been known to fly ultralights, parasail, jet ski and soar in stunt gliders. Both Sandi and Stan are certified producers at Akaku Community TV, members of the Maui Humane Society, the Hawaii Ballroom Dance Association, Toastmasters, and the Sierra Club. Sandi has also been a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters and Hospice Maui. They have lived collectively in five states including Colorado, Texas, California, Missouri and Hawaii. Explorers of the world since their youth, they have spent time in Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and Mexico. Stan and Sandi chose to become Hawaiian islanders in 1985 and have lived on the Big Island and Oahu as well as Maui. They became Mauians in 1989 because they found Maui to be No Ka Oi…The Best! The Albrechts zest for life and its many challenges gives them the determination, perseverance, commitment and focus to get the job done right.
